Your Role:
- Lead and motivate the Health Club & Spa team
- Recruit, train, and develop staff
- Achieve revenue targets and manage budgets
- Handle guest feedback and drive service improvements
- Collaborate with other hotel departments
What Were Looking For:
- 2+ years in management and team supervision
- Experience in the leisure sector
- Strong leadership and adaptability
- Level 3 qualification in beauty therapy or fitness
- Pool plant and first aid certification
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Weekend availability
