AndRecruit Group is seeking a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Engineering market.
This hybrid/remote role offers a competitive base salary that is dependent on experience and level of consultant.
The position includes up to 50% uncapped commission with no threshold, along with a flexible work schedule of a 4-day week or half-day Friday.
Candidates should be self-motivated, results-focused, and possess a proven successful track record in recruitment.

AndRecruit has now been established for 1 year and is now looking for a Senior/Principal Consultant. This is a crucial role for the business but is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join at the very start and be part of the journey and share the company's vision.

This is a hybrid/remote role so need someone who is independent, self-motivated and can do a 360 role.
