A well established interior and fit-out contractor is currently looking for an established Business Development Manager with a good knowledge of the London and South East interiors market. They will need to sales-oriented in approach and will have a proven track record of winning business opportunities from new Clients.

Key Deliverables / Job Role

  • Generate suitable opportunities that will achieve the companys targets and ambitions.
  • Utilise market intelligence sources to identify leads for future business generation
  • Create a quality Client base, identifying the right level of contacts and forming a strategic relationship with them
  • Promote the division through visits and presentations
  • Promote/ communicate business development strategy internally
  • Raise the company profile in the marketplace and develop the company brand through marketing initiatives
  • Assist in producing technical and marketing literature, business presentations and pre-qualification documents
