Who We’re Looking For

  • Either: A qualified teacher (QTS essential) with experience supporting SEN, EBSA, or PDA learner OR: An experienced HLTA / ELSA / TA with strong SEN experience
  • Someone who can create a calm, engaging, and trust-building learning space
  • A strong communicator who understands the importance of flexibility and child-led learning
  • A tutor who brings enthusiasm, patience, and creativity into every session
  • Fully vetted with DBS on the update service, references, and right to work in the UK
