A nurturing and inclusive SEN school in Wokingham is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join their team and provide tailored support to children with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. This is an ideal role for someone with a background or interest in Psychology, Education, or Child Development.
You will be working closely with teachers and therapists to help pupils achieve their full potential both academically and emotionally.

- Role: Learning Support Assistant
- Location: Wokingham
- Salary: 89-100 per day
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
- Start Date: ASAP
- Ideal for: Psychology, Education, Counselling or Criminology graduates - or anyone passionate about supporting children's learning
- Experience: Preferred but not essential
As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll provide 1:1 and small group support, promote emotional regulation, and help create an inclusive and safe learning environment. You'll also help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and work with children with complex needs.
