Our prestigious client is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging individual to cover their reception role until mid-January. You will be front of house, meeting and greeting clients and visitors. You will take pride in delivering a seamless and professional service.
As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting visitors with appointments and walk ins
- Dealing with and directing telephone calls and client enquiries in an efficient and effective manner
- Scanning and distribution of post
- Dealing with couriers
- General administration
The successful Receptionist will have the following related skills / experience:
- Have experience of working as a receptionist or in similar role
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of operating a switchboard and MS Outlook (or similar) and working in a professional environment are preferred
- Be a good team player, with a willingness to offer support to others in the team
- Be enthusiastic, flexible and efficient, with a helpful and friendly manner
