Job Purpose

  • High level oversight of a tax portfolio, monitoring all commercial aspects of portfolio management.
  • Undertaking a wide range of tax assignments, including reorganisation and demergers, exit planning, IHT and Trust planning, share scheme implementation, and M&A support.
  • Overseeing a growing tax team, including workflow management, reviewing work, and providing training.
  • Building trusted and long-lasting client relationships, handling complex queries and proactively problem solving.
  • Delivering sound understanding of tax regulations and news, educating clients and other departments.
  • Driving business development for the tax function and wider firm.
