Description
The Accounts Payable Clerk will;
- Processing invoices and expense forms.
- Reconciling supplier statements and handling queries.
- Managing payment runs and ensuring suppliers are paid in a timely manner.
- Assisting with month-end closure of accounts payable.
- Maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
- Ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements.
- Providing support to the wider Accounting & Finance team as needed.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with accounting software and databases.
