The Company

Seymour John are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established business in the Wolverhampton area, who are looking to strengthen their finance team, with the appointment of an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
  • Preparing and processing payment runs
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating the ledger regularly
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries

Personal Profile

We’re looking to speak with Purchase Ledger Clerks who are available to start a new role at short notice and have a solid background in end-to-end purchase ledger processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise a busy workload.
