Siamo Recruitment is recruiting for an Industrial Warehouse Cleaner for our client based in Wolverhampton WV10
As a Cleaning and Waste Operative, you'll be working within a warehouse environment as part of our cleaning and waste team. Your duties will include general cleaning and tidying of all areas within the warehouse, including washrooms and canteens. You'll use appropriate cleaning equipment, materials, and cleaning products. You will ensure all equipment is kept clean, well-maintained and in safe working order. You'll need to react quickly to call-outs from the client and comply with all Health & Safety legislation and policies (all training will be provided). You will manage waste disposal.
Hours: Weekends only Saturday & Sunday 08:00-16:00 (You will be required to complete your first week's training Monday-Friday 06:00-14:30)
Pay: 12.71ph
Role Specifications:
- All-round cleaning experience
- To carry out all cleaning duties in line with the specification and direction given to the highest standard.
- General Duties will include Dusting, Mopping, emptying Toilets, Emptying Bins, and cleaning restrooms/toilets
- Ensuring you follow and are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement
- Correct management and use of materials to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse
- Monitoring of all cleaning activities and providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties.
- To work flexibly and as part of a team
- You must have Right to Work in the UK.
- A background in cleaning
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
