We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bench Joiner to join our clients growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bespoke joinery, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality work to exact specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and assemble bespoke joinery items from drawings

• Operate a range of workshop machinery and hand tools

• Ensure all finished items meet quality and safety standards

• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines

• Maintain a clean and organised workspace

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bench joiner

• Strong craftsmanship and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Knowledge of timber types, joinery methods, and workshop equipment
