V7 are working with a close client who due to exponential growth are now looking for Project Managers to join the team.
The business have grown significantly and are on a hugely exciting trajectory, making it a fantastic time to join.
On offer is a salary of up to 75,000 plus benefits.
Key duties:
- Promote collaboration between project teams and stakeholders, building strong and effective working relationships.
- Plan, schedule, monitor and report on programme activities, ensuring clear communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for understanding client requirements, gathering data, delivering analysis and resolving issues.
- Identify, evaluate and recommend options, delivering outputs as required to ensure successful client delivery, including addressing emerging issues.
- Work with SMEs and project teams to ensure outputs are aligned with project objectives, regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in relation to Streetworks.
- Confirm clarity of project outcomes, milestones and deliverables, and drive successful delivery against them.
- Develop innovative, robust and insight-led solutions to improve delivery and outcomes.
Candidate specification:
- Able to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Creative and analytical in problem solving, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Able to establish effective working relationships and contribute in a team environment.
- Dependable and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including client and stakeholder engagement.
