Mechanical Estimator

Your new roleAs a Mechanical Estimator based in Wolverhampton, you'll be part of a fast-paced and experienced estimation team. Your role will involve preparing accurate cost estimates for mechanical systems in building projects. You'll review tender documents, identify discrepancies, submit RFIs, and ensure all estimates are aligned with project requirements. You'll also maintain records, attend meetings, and support the handover process when projects are awarded. What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as an Estimator in the building services sector
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and follow best practices
• Good collaboration skills to work with the wider team and other departments
• Familiarity with UK and Irish tendering processes and documentation
