Project Surveyors required to work with a leading Midlands based Housing Association on a 6 month temporary contract.
My client requires experience and professional building surveyors for a 6 month contract, that would like be extended.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and review performance and development of both in house and external surveying teams addressing all performance shortfalls within the survey program.
Undertake quality review audits on completed surveys and identify non compliances in survey data and implement remedial measures.
Review surveying teams performance and ensure key performance indicators are inline with the survey program.
Undertake stock condition surveys, defect analysis and dilapidation surveys when required.
Deliver survey workshops and on site 1 2 1 training to address any skills gap
Have a good awareness and understanding of changes in legislation and case law relating to housing disrepair.
The client can consider an hourly rate or day rate.
Proposed Hourly Rate 26.50 per hour to 30 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Wolverhampton and surrounding region.
Duration: 6 months possible extension.
Start date: ASAP
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years experience in domestic property surveying
- Ideally social housing surveying experience
- Full UK driving license & transport
- Relevant surveying qualiciations
