This role will include the following aspects:

• Develop and execute innovative strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Work within an enthusiastic sales team at various event-based campaigns within the West Midlands area.
• Showcase your experience with in-depth knowledge and come up with solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Direct sales or field sales experience is required for this role (ideally in the charity or fundraising sector)
• Demonstrates initiative in independent work while fostering strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Proven ability to develop innovative sales strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive results.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle is preferred.
• Full-time equivalent availability. (5 full days a week between Mon-Sat)
