Role Overview – CNC Mill Turner
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist specialising in Turning/Mill-Turn to join our client’s dynamic team in Wolverhampton.
You’ll play a key role in crafting high-precision, bespoke components for the aerospace industry, working to exceptionally tight tolerances.
This is a night shift based position and will require the successful candidate to work on a permanent nights basis.Â

Key Responsibilities – CNC Mill Turner
- Operate CNC lathes with a variety of materials.
- Set up and use machine tools with confidence and precision.
- Perform first-off inspections and complete quality documentation.
- Leverage your machine shop experience to deliver top-quality results.
- Use precision measurement equipment to ensure accuracy.

Key Experience & Qualifications – CNC Mill Turner
- Apprentice trained in a manufacturing or engineering related discipline
- Proven experience in engineering/manufacturing, preferably in aerospace.
- Strong knowledge of machining techniques and tools.
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for process improvement.
- Ability to use inspection techniques to meet drawing tolerances.
