We currently have an exciting opportunity for a punch press setter/operator to join a growing manufacturing company. For this role you will be working a static night shift, overtime is available and will be paid at an enhanced rate.
Requirements of a punch press setter/operator:
- Operate punch press machinery Trumpf preferably but not essential.
- Measureand align materials to be used.
- Inspectedproducts, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on the machinery.
- Maintaina clean work area.
Skills and abilities of a punch press setter/operator:
- Ability to safely and effectively operate or learn to operate a punch press.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow product plans.
- Basic computer and math skills.
