Key responsibilities:

- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments
- Resolve invoice queries efficiently and professionally
- Reconcile accounts and allocate incoming payments
- Prepare regular reports on debtors and aged debt
- Liaise with internal teams and customers to address billing issues
