You'll work closely with pupils in small groups and on a one-to-one basis, targeting reading, writing, and maths. You’ll help plug gaps in understanding, boost confidence, and reinforce key concepts using clear, structured support. Working alongside the Year 6 teacher and SLT, you’ll support tailored interventions, track pupil progress, and provide crucial academic encouragement in the run-up to exams.The CandidateYou're a graduate with strong English and maths skills, ideally holding a degree with academic rigour. You may be considering a career in primary teaching or education and want practical classroom experience. You’re organised, proactive, and able to explain tricky concepts in a clear, supportive way.
