Their nursery has a nurturing environment that supports the growth and development of children from 0 to 5 years old, ensuring they have the best start in life. They are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Early Practitioner to join their team. The successful candidate will support the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years in the nursery. You will play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and implementing engaging activities that promote children's development.
  • Support the creation of a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and carers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Uphold the values and ethos of the nursery

What you'll need to succeed

  • Level 2 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a childcare setting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of child development and early year's education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
