This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and well-resourced environment, providing both one-to-one and small group support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.The school prides itself on its high standards, excellent leadership, and commitment to student success. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that students receive the support they need to reach their full potential.   • Providing one-to-one support for students who need additional help with their learning

Requirements:
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or relevant experience)
  • Experience working with secondary school students
  • A patient, supportive, and proactive approach to learning support
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A passion for education and helping students succeed
