You’ll run small group sessions aimed at reinforcing key content, improving exam technique, and boosting confidence. You’ll work closely with subject teachers to identify pupils who need extra input and adapt materials to suit different learning styles. Your support will play a key role in preparing students for science GCSEs.You’re a science graduate with strong subject knowledge and a clear interest in education. You’ll need to be clear, approachable, and able to simplify complex ideas for a teenage audience.
