Role Overview
We are recruitng for askilled Mechanical / Electrical Engineer with specialised experience in the maintenance, installation, and repair of welding machines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct maintenance, installation, and repair of various welding machines and related equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement improvements to existing processes and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in welding technology and welding supplies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on welding machines.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
