Finance Manager
Wolverhampton
£30,000 - £45,000 DOE
Monday to Friday

We are looking for an experienced Finance / Accounts Manager to work for a retailer based in Wolverhampton. You will be responsible for managing the purchase and sales ledgers, credit control and paying suppliers.


Daily duties will include:

  • Completing sales reconciliation, balancing and posting for 3 branches
  • Producing management accounts
  • Corporation tax calculations and payment
  • Cashflow management
  • Producing budgets and analysis
  • Daily bank posting
  • Daily sales reports to Directors
  • Leading the annual audit
  • Completing monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting
  • Quarterly VAT returns and annual statement



Experience required:

  • AAT / ACA / ACCA or CIMA qualified
  • Part-qualified and QBE will be considered if you have at least 8 years relevant experience
  • Experienced and knowledgeable with Business Tax including VAT
  • Income Tax and Pension knowledge
  • Statutory payment knowledge
  • Experienced with Sage 50 and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
