You'll be joining an established team delivering essential repairs and general maintenance. Your multi-trade skills will help ensure buildings remain safe, functional, and well-presented, playing an important part in the smooth running of daily operations.
I'd love to see CVs from anyone with experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Operative, Multi Skilled Tradesperson, or anyone with a strong background in building maintenance and repair.
As a Handyman Multi Trade, you will be:
- Carrying out day-to-day reactive maintenance
- Completing basic carpentry tasks
- Painting and decorating
- Carrying out tiling and patch repairs
- Replacing ceiling tiles
- Completing minor roofing repairs
- Undertaking furniture and window repairs
- Using a mobile tablet to receive and complete job instructions
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
- A full UK driving licence
- Previous experience in building maintenance or multi-trade work
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work out of hours when required
- The ability to meet deadlines and maintain high standards
- MEWP or PASMA qualifications (training can be provided)
- Please note: You must be able to pass BPSS security clearance.
The role is offering the following benefits:
- 30,000 - 32,000 per year
- 40 hours per week (08:00-16:30)
