About the Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports all learners.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
- Contribute to the wider school community and attend staff meetings and CPD opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
- A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective classroom strategies.
- Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
- A passion for education and a commitment to raising standards.
