- Lead,developandexecuteacomprehensivesalesstrategyalignedwithbusinessgrowthtargets.
- Manage,mentorandscaleanationalandinternationalsalesteam.
- DriverevenuegrowthacrossOEM,distributionandintegratorchannels.
- Buildandmaintainstrategicrelationshipswithkeydecision-makerswithinOEMsandlarge-scalesecurityproviders.
- Analysemarkettrendsandcompetitoractivitytoidentifynewopportunitiesforproductexpansion.
- CollaboratecloselywithProduct,EngineeringandMarketingteamstoinfluenceproductroadmapandmarketpositioning.
- Overseeforecasting,budgetingandperformancereportingtoBoardlevel.
- Representthebrandatindustryevents,tradeshowsandpartnermeetings.
Experience&Requirements
- ProventrackrecordasaSalesDirector,HeadofSalesorSeniorCommercialLeaderwithinsecuritysystems,electronichardware,devicemanufacturingorrelatedOEMenvironments.
- Strongknowledgeofphysicalsecurityhardware(e.g.,accesscontrol,surveillance,sensors,perimeterprotection,communicationdevices).
- ExperiencemanagingcomplexOEMorhardware-basedsolutionsalescycles.
- Demonstrablesuccessscalingsalesteamsanddrivingsustainedrevenuegrowth.
- StrongcommercialacumenwithabilitytoengageatC-suitelevel.
- Technicalaptitudewithabilitytotranslatecomplexproductfeaturesintocustomersolutions.
- Excellentleadership,negotiationandstakeholdermanagementskills.
- Willingnesstotravelinternationallyasrequired.
