TheRole

TheSalesDirectorwilltakefullownershipoftheUK&Internationalsalesstrategy,managingahigh-performingcommercialteamwhiledevelopinglong-termrelationshipswithOEMpartners,distributorsandenterprise-levelcustomers.Thisisaseniorleadershiprolesuitedtoaresults-drivenindividualwithstrongtechnicalunderstandingofsecurityhardwaresolutions.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Lead,developandexecuteacomprehensivesalesstrategyalignedwithbusinessgrowthtargets.
  • Manage,mentorandscaleanationalandinternationalsalesteam.
  • DriverevenuegrowthacrossOEM,distributionandintegratorchannels.
  • Buildandmaintainstrategicrelationshipswithkeydecision-makerswithinOEMsandlarge-scalesecurityproviders.
  • Analysemarkettrendsandcompetitoractivitytoidentifynewopportunitiesforproductexpansion.
  • CollaboratecloselywithProduct,EngineeringandMarketingteamstoinfluenceproductroadmapandmarketpositioning.
  • Overseeforecasting,budgetingandperformancereportingtoBoardlevel.
  • Representthebrandatindustryevents,tradeshowsandpartnermeetings.

Experience&Requirements

  • ProventrackrecordasaSalesDirector,HeadofSalesorSeniorCommercialLeaderwithinsecuritysystems,electronichardware,devicemanufacturingorrelatedOEMenvironments.
  • Strongknowledgeofphysicalsecurityhardware(e.g.,accesscontrol,surveillance,sensors,perimeterprotection,communicationdevices).
  • ExperiencemanagingcomplexOEMorhardware-basedsolutionsalescycles.
  • Demonstrablesuccessscalingsalesteamsanddrivingsustainedrevenuegrowth.
  • StrongcommercialacumenwithabilitytoengageatC-suitelevel.
  • Technicalaptitudewithabilitytotranslatecomplexproductfeaturesintocustomersolutions.
  • Excellentleadership,negotiationandstakeholdermanagementskills.
  • Willingnesstotravelinternationallyasrequired.
