About the SchoolThis is a specialist education setting offering high-quality alternative provision for pupils aged 11-16, many of whom have social, emotional, or behavioural needs. The school aims to provide a safe, supportive, and aspirational environment where every learner can thrive and re-engage with education. The classes are small (4-6 pupils) with a number of teachers and support in each class and a total of 30 students within the school.________________________________________�? The RoleAs Head of School, you will:* Lead and inspire staff in delivering high-quality education and pastoral support* Ensure compliance with safeguarding, SEND, curriculum, and behaviour standards* Oversee day-to-day operations and quality assurance* Collaborate with senior leaders and external agencies to improve outcomes* Drive pupil engagement, attendance, and personal developmentThis is an ideal position for a current Deputy Head, Assistant Headteacher or experienced Middle Leader seeking to step up into a senior leadership position in an impactful, student-centred environment.________________________________________?
