Are you looking for flexible work in education? We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Casual Teaching Assistants to join our school and provide classroom support when staff absences arise.
About the Role:

Provide in-class support to teachers and pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 (or KS3/KS4 if secondary).

Assist with the delivery of lessons and activities, supporting both whole class and small group learning.

Offer tailored support to pupils with additional needs, including SEND.

Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.

Work flexibly across year groups and departments depending on cover needs.
About You:

Experience working with children in a school or educational setting.

A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to supporting learning.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with staff and pupils.

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Availability at short notice is highly desirable.
