About the Role:- Work closely with students with special educational needs (SEN), including severe learning difficulties.
- Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small group settings to help them achieve their full potential.
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and implement tailored learning strategies.
- Gain invaluable real-world experience in a school environment, perfect for those pursuing a career in educational psychology, child development, or SEN support.
- A psychology student (or a related field) eager to develop practical skills in a school setting.
- Passionate about working with children with additional learning needs.
- Proactive, patient, and compassionate with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is advantageous but not essential.
- Hands-on experience in a supportive school environment.
