About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner to play a key role in driving organisational change whilst also delivering hands-on operational HR support. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic thinking with operational HR delivery, supporting leaders through transformation and ensuring operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on HR support across employee relations, performance management, absence, and casework.
  • Lead and support organisational change initiatives, including restructuring, workforce planning, and cultural transformation.
  • Deliver operational HR support, working closely with line managers across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Analyse workforce data to inform decisions and measure the impact of change and HR interventions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, coaching and guiding them through both strategic and operational challenges.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Strong background in change management and organisational restructuring.
  • Hands-on experience in operational HR delivery, including case management and policy application.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
