About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner to play a key role in driving organisational change whilst also delivering hands-on operational HR support. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic thinking with operational HR delivery, supporting leaders through transformation and ensuring operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on HR support across employee relations, performance management, absence, and casework.
- Lead and support organisational change initiatives, including restructuring, workforce planning, and cultural transformation.
- Deliver operational HR support, working closely with line managers across the full employee lifecycle.
- Analyse workforce data to inform decisions and measure the impact of change and HR interventions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, coaching and guiding them through both strategic and operational challenges.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Strong background in change management and organisational restructuring.
- Hands-on experience in operational HR delivery, including case management and policy application.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
