PageGroup are delighted to be partnering with this highly successful, multi-site, manufacturing organisation based in Wolverhampton to appoint an Interim HR Business Partner to partner with their Corporate Functions based at 2 sites, Wellingborough and Wolverhampton.

This role is initially for a 15 months contract with scope for extension or permanent in future

Due to the nature of this sector, the role is mainly office-based but can offer some hybrid working.

Based from Wolverhampton with occasional travel to Wellingborough (business needs dependent)

Description

Working as part of a HR Team, the role of HR Business Partner will support various stakeholders within their Corporate Functions across 2 sites in Wellingborough and Wolverhampton. Your role will include but not limited to:

  • Provide expert HR guidance to corporate functions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement workforce strategies.
  • Manage employee relations matters, offering practical and compliant solutions.
  • Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment and succession planning.
  • Analyse HR data to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Support the implementation of organisational change initiatives.
  • Deliver training and development programmes to enhance workforce capabilities.

Profile

A successful applicant for this role will have a proven background in a similar role.
