Rate: £14–£16 per hour PAYE
Contract: 6-month rolling contract
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
• Mon–Thurs: 8:00–16:45
• Friday: 8:00–12:00
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days from home once trained

Role Summary

We are seeking an organised and proactive SRM Administrator to support order processing and booking-in activities within the Supply Chain function. This role involves managing requisitions, supporting internal stakeholders, and ensuring supplier processes run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Process requisitions accurately and within required timeframes
• Manage, prioritise, and track requisition requests
• Support internal customers in understanding ordering and approval processes; deliver training when required
• Promote the use of preferred suppliers and identify opportunities to channel spend effectively
• Highlight cost-saving opportunities or suggest alternatives based on requisition review
• Support the business in resolving escalated supplier issues
• Receipt Purchase Orders using the ERP system
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth supply chain operations
