Role Overview – Paint Sprayer
Our leading engineering client are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Component Paint Sprayer to join their manufacturing team at their state-of-the-art Wolverhampton facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for wet paint spraying of aerospace components, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings and Paint Process specifications for impeccable quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities – Paint Sprayer

  • Setting up paint equipment.
  • Manual Paint Spraying of component parts.
  • Applying primer coats, basecoats, and lacquers.
  • Carrying out quality checks.
  • Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
  • Understand batch control for traceability and audit purposes.
  • Knowledge of the use of Viscosity Cups

Key Experience and Qualifications – Paint Sprayer

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Capacity to maintain high-quality standards under pressure.
  • Commitment to safety procedures and protocols.
  • Proficiency in using specialist equipment.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Exposure to automotive or aerospace paint spraying is highly advantageous.
