Job Title: Paint Sprayer
Location: Wolverhampton
Start Date: ASAP
Rates: 17.30 PAYE Days
Rotational Shifts - £19.90 PAYE
Overtime paid at premium rates.
Shifts:
Training Period (Days): 8:00am – 4:00pm
Rotational Shifts (No Nights):
Early Shift: 6:00am – 1:35pm (Mon–Thurs), 6:00am – 12:00pm (Fri)
Late Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm (Mon–Thurs), 12:00pm – 5:15pm (Fri)
Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking two experienced industrial sprayers to join our growing team.
Successful candidates will:
Hold an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Spray Painting or qualified by experience
Be experienced in the use of Cromax paints
Perform all prep work, including cleaning, masking, degreasing, and surface preparation
Deliver high-quality finishes on a range of components
Have a strong understanding of high-precision standards
Be comfortable working to strict safety, cleanliness, and quality procedures
Be flexible to work rotational shifts and adapt to a fast-paced, professional environment
