Known for innovation, technical excellence, and a collaborative team environment, the company has a strong reputation for delivering cutting edge systems to clients worldwide.The RoleThis is a key role within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Centre, where you’ll take ownership of the entire order processing lifecycle from the moment a customer order is received through to delivery and invoicing.You’ll liaise across internal teams (finance, logistics, and production) and externally with customers, suppliers, and international colleagues. You’ll help ensure the seamless coordination of orders while identifying opportunities to improve processes.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the full order to invoice cycleCreate orders, raise purchase requests, and generate delivery documentationLiaise with logistics and suppliers to track orders and manage import/export processesSupport the finance team on invoicing, tax compliance, and overdue paymentsMaintain accurate records of inventory and shipmentsWork on continuous improvement initiatives within the CRM/order cycle processIdeal CandidateMust-Haves:Strong experience in order processing (not solely logistics-based)Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systemsConfident communicator across phone and emailStrong organisational skills with attention to detailExperience in industrial/manufacturing/engineering environments advantageous Comfortable managing a high-volume workload in a fast-paced settingLooking for a long-term opportunity (not just interim cover)Nice to Haves:Understanding of customs and international shipping processesFamiliarity with certifications and compliance documentationAdditional BenefitsPrivate medical cover (family included)Holiday purchase schemeHealth cash planHybrid working – 1 day WFH after onboardingCareer progression potential within a global leader in automationIf this role aligns with your experience and you're are interested in discussing further, we look forward to your application / cv.
