We are currently seeking 2 Site Managers to join a reputable Construction Company in Wolverhampton. In this role, you will oversee site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing site staff, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and implementing health and safety protocols. This position requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, capable of maintaining workflow and tackling any issues that arise on site.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager,
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and project management.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in construction management.
