The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with 1–3 years of experience, ideally in a B2B or product-led environment. You’ll be part of a small, agile team delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns that speak to both trade and consumer audiences. From digital content to event support, you’ll have the chance to take ownership of projects and grow your skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
Manage and schedule content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Write compelling copy for emails, blogs, brochures, and press releases
Update and contribute to the company website and blog
Support trade events and exhibitions
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging
Create and update sales collateral (brochures, case studies, product cards)
Assist with basic image editing and design using Adobe Creative Suite
What You’ll Need
1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B setting
Strong understanding of marketing principles and multi-channel strategies
Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
Proficiency in Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Express)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
Proactive, collaborative, and confident in sharing ideas
Bonus: Experience in photography or video content creation
