We are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Officer and HR Assistant, permanent basis, to join a friendly, welcoming and stable team in Wolverhampton! If you are a confident communicator with proven attention to detail and previous experience in a similar role, this is the opportunity for you!

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day processing, calculation, and inputting of payroll changes in accordance with policies and legislation
  • Handling statutory payments and deductions
  • Producing and distributing relevant payroll and pension reports
  • Liaising with third parties as needed
  • Being a point of contact for any Payroll queries

Ideally, you will:

  • Have previous experience in processing monthly payroll
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Be looking to learn with the business and become an indispensable member of the team
