Are you a qualified Plumber with a Level 3 qualification and experience working in an industrial or commercial environment?

This well-established further education provider is known for its excellent facilities and commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient campus. Their small, friendly estates team takes pride in keeping the site in top condition, ensuring everything runs smoothly for staff and students alike.

In this role, you'll work alongside other skilled professionals to maintain the campus's plumbing and heating systems. It's a Monday to Friday position with standard working hours, no routine overtime, and only minimal on-call duties (once every six weeks, paid at time and a half).

The ideal candidate will be a Level 3 qualified Plumber with solid experience working in industrial, NHS, or educational settings. You'll be a reliable and proactive team player who takes pride in delivering quality maintenance work.

The Role:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with an early finish on Fridays
  • Maintain plumbing and heating systems across the campus
  • Minimal on-call rota (1 in 6 weeks, paid at time and a half)
  • Work with a friendly and experienced estates team

The Person:

  • Level 3 qualified Plumber (or equivalent)
  • Experience in industrial, NHS, or educational settings
  • Reliable, proactive, and committed to high-quality work
