We’re recruiting for a talented Finance Business Partner to join a leading industrial organisation based in Wolverhampton. This role is key to driving financial performance and providing strategic insights that shape business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to deliver actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership.
  • Support strategic projects and investment decisions with robust financial modelling.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
What We’re Looking For
  • Qualifications: CIMA or ACCA qualified
  • Experience: Strong finance partnering or FP&A background, ideally in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to simplify complex data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.
