This role is key to driving financial performance and providing strategic insights that shape business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership.
- Support strategic projects and investment decisions with robust financial modelling.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
- Qualifications: CIMA or ACCA qualified
- Experience: Strong finance partnering or FP&A background, ideally in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to simplify complex data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.
