We’re looking for a proactive Demand Planner to join our dynamic manufacturing team and play a key role in driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Demand Planner- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align forecasts with business objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and support production planning to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Analyse forecast accuracy and continuously improve planning processes.
- Identify risks and opportunities in demand and supply, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong MRP/ERP experience -SAP experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred).
