Behavioural Support Assistant

Academics, an established education recruitment agency, is seeking a dedicated Behavioural Support Assistant to join one of our valued SEN and alternative provision school partners in Wolverhampton.

As a Behavioural Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioural, social, and emotional needs. Working closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams, you'll help pupils regulate their emotions, stay engaged in lessons, and develop positive coping strategies both in and out of the classroom.

The ideal Behavioural Support Assistant will:
