Are you an experienced care professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're seeking dedicated Senior Care Workers to join a respected adult residential home in Wolverhampton, where compassionate leadership and high-quality person-centred care truly make a difference.

In this role, you'll lead care delivery on shift, ensuring residents receive safe, dignified, and individualised support every day. You'll guide and mentor care assistants, helping them develop their confidence and skills, so you not only make a difference to residents' lives, but also shape the next generation of carers.

This means you can take pride in being part of a home that genuinely upholds the highest standards of care, as recognised by the CQC.

By working closely with the management team, you'll help foster a positive workplace culture, ensuring every resident feels valued and every colleague feels supported. This is a chance to combine compassion with leadership-to lead by example and see the tangible results of your commitment in the wellbeing and happiness of those you care for.

REQUIREMENTS:

If you hold a Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent) and have at least two years' experience in adult residential care, plus confidence in medication administration and shift leadership, we'd love to hear from you. Dementia care or electronic care planning experience would be a welcome bonus.

You'll work across a varied rota including evenings and weekends, within a dedicated and friendly team that recognises and rewards professional excellence.
