We're Hiring: Qualified SEN Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and inclusive school community. You will play a vital role in helping students with a range of additional needs thrive-both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and group support for pupils with SEN
* Assist in the development of individual education plans (IEPs)
* Support teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment
* Use a variety of strategies to engage students with diverse learning needs
* Monitor progress and provide regular feedback
What We're Looking For:
* Relevant qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning or equivalent
* Experience working with children with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech & language, SEMH)
* Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies
