Senior Estimator in West Midlands - Construction Main Contractor

We are recruiting an experienced Senior Estimator to join a well-established construction main contractor with a strong and secure pipeline of work. This is a key commercial role, supporting the pre-construction team on a range of high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the preparation of accurate cost estimates and tenders

• Managing full tender processes from initial enquiry through to submission

• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documents

• Liaising with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners

• Identifying value engineering opportunities and commercial risks

• Supporting and mentoring junior estimators where required

About You:

• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator with a main contractor

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and procurement

• Experience delivering projects across commercial, residential, industrial, or mixed-use sectors

• Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail

• Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively
