One Call Consultants are currently looking for 4Multi Skilled Tradesman for a new large good client of ours based in Wolverhampton.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various trades and be adept to adapt to different type of jobs, This role will involve a lot of plumbing, other too roles ideally required would be carpentry and some tiling, Jobs will vary and cover all trades inclusive of but not limited to general repairs and maintenance, plumbing, office, and housing improvements
For the right candidate this can be an ongoing position, our client has plenty of work and some big contracts
Responsibilities
- Assemble and fabricate wooden structures, including frameworks and doors.
- Plumb structures accurately to ensure level and straight installations.
- Perform installations, reactive repairs, and replacements on commercial sites.
- Operate all tools and equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturers instructions to avoid accidents.
- Use a wide range of power and hand tools in a safe manner.
Skills
- Proficient in the use of both hand tools and power tools relevant to carpentry work.
- Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, including assembly, masonry, joinery, painting, tiling and plumbing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.45 to 16.15
You must display a can do attitude and have excellent time keeping
