Sonic Summary

We are seeking experienced SEN tutors to provide specialized support for children and young people who are out of school.
The role involves delivering 1:1 face-to-face tuition tailored to the individual needs of the learners.
The students range from primary to secondary age, with varying levels of verbal communication and developmental skills.
Tutors will focus on enhancing engagement and confidence, particularly in literacy and numeracy.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, with a salary of £30,000 per year.

About the learners:

A mix ofprimary and secondary-aged students
Some learners havesignificantly delayed or absent verbal communicationand are working at early developmental levels
Others requireacademic support at secondary level, with a strong focus on engagement and confidence
Many learners need support withliteracy and numeracy, delivered at an appropriate pace and level
