ACR are working in conjunction with a reputable 5 star house builder based in Buckinghamshire who have an exciting opening we have for an Architectural Designer.
Thisrolewillseeyouworkwithintheircentralteamtoassistinthedevelopmentoftheirstandardproduct.Thiswillincludebothplanningandtechnicaldesignwithanemphasisontheplanning.
Duties include:
- Reviewing and maintaining the companies preferred English housing portfolio and standard details
- Liaising with, and support of, other department in providing technical information and assisting with technical issues relating to regulations and the product
- Visitingsitestoassessourproductandidentifyimprovements
- Workingalongsidethesustainabilityteamtobeabletoprovideinformationonmeasuresthatmayreduceourcarbonfootprintthroughdesign
- Keep up to date with any future changes in Building Regulations that may impact the company or their product, by proactively researching for information to fully understand internal and external customer needs
