Empowering Learning are looking to appoint a LSA to lead a cohort of TAs working within a Mainstream Secondary School in Bourne End.

A track record of delivering & leading a team of SEN TAs.

Daily Tasks will include:

- Leading SEN TA's within the Mainstream SEN Dept
- Sole focus on delivering high quality intervention sessions
- Sit in on SLT Team Meetings
- Available PPA allotted time
- Opportunity of progression - to SLT Leader
- Creating 1:1 Support Sessions with challenging learners

Please see below the credentials we are looking for:

- Previous experience working within a a SEN Dept

- Track record of taking up a leadership role within a School

- A person who is passionate, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to help and support children reach their maximum potential in every subject

- Experience working with children who have learning difficulties - SEN

- Be able to work well as part of a close knit team as well as think on your feet independently
